Program
MedSpa Loop, operated by Audire, Inc. DBA medspaloop.ai, sends text messages to people who have opted in, for example by checking an optional consent box on our website forms or by texting us first.
Types of messages
- Non-marketing (transactional): replies to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, and service updates.
- Marketing: offers, news and updates about our services. Sent only if you separately opted in to marketing texts.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and appointments. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. You'll receive one confirmation and then no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@medspaloop.ai or (917) 920-2780.
Consent
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can use our website and services without opting in to texts.
Privacy

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
