Audire, Inc., doing business as medspaloop.ai and "MedSpa Loop" ("we", "us", "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit medspaloop.ai or use our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you include in forms, bookings, emails or messages.
- Automatically collected information: basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- Client data: when a med spa becomes our client, we may process contact details of its customers on the client's behalf, under our agreement with that client. See section 7.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule calls
- To provide, operate and improve our services
- To send service-related messages, and marketing messages where you've agreed to receive them
- To keep our website and services secure, and to meet legal obligations
4. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working and to understand how it's used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
5. How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example hosting, CRM, scheduling, email and messaging platforms), under confidentiality obligations; when required by law; or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
6. SMS / text messaging
- Consent: we only text you if you opt in, for example by checking an optional, unchecked consent box on our forms. Transactional and marketing messages each have their own consent box. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details above.
- No sharing of mobile information: we do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share them only with service providers that help us deliver our messaging (such as our messaging platform), who may not use them for any other purpose. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude SMS opt-in data and consent.

7. Information we process for clients
When we run campaigns for a med spa, we process its customers' contact information on the med spa's instructions and only for that purpose. The med spa is responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent for that information. We keep the data we use to the minimum needed (typically name, phone and email), don't use it for our own marketing, and don't sell it. Where a client is subject to HIPAA, we enter into a business associate agreement before handling protected health information.
8. Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing to you, by emailing hello@medspaloop.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We'll respond within the time the law requires and won't discriminate against you for using your rights.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
11. Links to other sites
Our website may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their privacy practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
